An Elephant for someone I love

Several months ago I made an elephant out of a pair of my old sweatpants for someone who I love who was having a hard time. It was so great to do this for her and use something that had been mine. I got the idea one night late, the house was quiet and the elephant came into being effortlessly. I have begun in the last few years to use old clothes to make dolls and stuffed beings for family and it sure is a blast. No pattern at all, just go with the feeling of what you wish to create.
